Eligibility

or use the Web Site. Membership in meetamatch.com is intended for
adult use only and is not available for those underage. By using the
Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority,
and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the
terms and conditions of this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate
your account without refund if we learn that you have provided us
with false or misleading information about you.
Termination
Meetamatch.com may at its sole discretion, cancel any paid trial membership
or monthly membership. If Meetamatch.com cancels any paid membership
prior to its expiration, Meetamatch.com shall provide a pro-rata refund
for the unexpired period of the cancelled month's membership.
Conduct on the site
User is responsible for any content posted on Meetamatch.com,
including but not limited to message board posts, online chats, personal
ads and member profiles.
You can not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise
make available any content that is harmful, unlawful, abusive, threatening,
harassing, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
As a guest, you can not include in your profile any
telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or E-mail addresses
other than where asked for by Meetamatch.com. You may however exchange
such information as a paid member to take advantage of the services
provided by this site.
You can not harass others by continuing to attempt
to communicate with someone who has chosen to cease all communications
with you.
You can not post, email, transmit or otherwise make
available any item/content that you do not have a right to make available
under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such
as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned
or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure
agreements)
You can not intentionally or unintentionally violate
any applicable local, state, national or international law and any
regulations having the force of law;
You can not forge headers or otherwise manipulate
identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted
through Meetamatch.com
Your Confidentiality On the Site
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member
name and password. You are responsible for all uses of its account,
whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify
Meetamatch.com of any unauthorized use of its account. You agree to
pay all charges that accrue to your account through your use or the
use of those authorized by you.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Meetamatch.com does not typically provide cash refunds unless extraordinary
circumstances require such measures. Any cash refund has to be approved
by meetamatch.com.
Non Commercial Use by Members
The Website is for the personal use of individual Members only and
may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations,
companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not
use Meetamatch.com or the Website for any purpose. Illegal and/or
unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or
email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose
of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking
to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action
will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and
injunctive redress.
Acceptable Content Posted on the Website
Meetamatch.com does not host sexually explicit images of its members.
Any profiles where sexually explicit content is added will not be
approved. Meetamatch.com does not claim ownership of Content you submit
or make available for inclusion on Meetamatch.com. We reserve the
right to excerpt text quotes and pictures from Profiles, along with
your handle, and feature them in ads, supplements and content pages
in the marketing of Meetamatch.com and its partners. By creating a
profile you grant us permission to publish your Personals photo which
you have uploaded in any Meetamatch.com or personals partner marketing
efforts, and may be featured on the website home page.
Indemnity Provision
You agree to indemnify and hold Meetamatch.com and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees,
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you
submit, post, transmit or make available through Meetamatch.com, your
use of Meetamatch.com, your connection to Meetamatch.com, your violation
of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Meetamatch.com Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no
event will Meetamatch.com be liable to you or any third person for
any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive
damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the
Web site or the Service, even if Meetamatch.com has been advised of
the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary
contained herein, Meetamatch.com's liability to you for any cause
whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all
times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Meetamatch.com
for the Service during the term of membership.
Modifications
Meetamatch.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time
to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Meetamatch.com
(or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Meetamatch.com
shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification,
suspension or discontinuance of Meetamatch.com |
